Being Honest

In the spirit of being truly honest, I must say that I’m going through some changes. I’ve been sharing all the details on Instagram:

Almost 6 years ago, I started Flawed Perfection Jewelry. I started the business the same month I started college. My business was my life throughout college—no social life for me (by choice)! Since graduating in 2013, I’ve changed and expanded the business in new ways. I’m so happy to have moved into bridal and focusing on the gorgeous wedding industry. But, I know other parts of my life have been neglected as a result of pouring so much time into the business. I don’t think I could even fully give up my business—it’s my heart, soul, & passion. But, this last year has been full of growth outside of my business as well. If you had told me a year ago that I would be loving my nanny job, that I would have an amazing relationship with a loving guy, and that I would be about to start a job with Stitch Fix, I would have said you were crazy. However, that is how my year has been. And I love it! But, I think I need to work on living the other parts of my life that I missed out on when my “business was my boyfriend” for years. Hehe. THE BUSINESS IS STILL GOING ON. Don’t worry. Not much will change on the customer end. But, I’ll be simplifying my product offerings & may not be on social media as much. I just like to be honest & open with all of you! Thanks so much for the constant support as I travel on this evolving path. I’m excited to see where life takes me! And here’s to many more years of bridal jewelry designs :) #flawedperfectionjewelry

Are You Ready for Spring?

It’s officially Spring & now it’s time for the the release of the Pastel Triple Drop Pendants! For Easter, after-church brunch, baby showers, weddings etc., these little pendants will always be a great fit during Spring. They come in three pastel colors: Pale Rose, Pale Blue, & Pale Green.

All three colors togetherWhether you wear all three colors together or pair them with other pendant shapes/styles, these little clusters are feminine and sweet for these Spring months!

Here are a few more ways to style the pastel pendants:

Which of the three colors is your favorite?

Remember, a portion of all your purchases go to Freedom House New Mexico.

The Swoon Event Recap

Last month, I participated in The Swoon Event, an alternative bridal show in downtown San Diego. It was such a fun time chatting with so many amazing vendors & lovely brides-to-be!

The event took place at Moniker Warehouse, one of the best downtown San Diego venues. All images thanks to Let’s Frolic Together, one of my favorite local photographers.

Some of my favorite wedding pros were there! A few can be seen below:
